Choose the date you want at checkout. Which dates are possible depends on the recipient's address.

We can't guarantee a time of day, since deliveries are planned around the florists' routes. See the article on delivery times for the time windows that apply.
Timing requests
You can write a request in the "Information to florist" field, for example asking the florist to call the recipient before delivery. The florist will do their best, but requests can't be guaranteed – especially not during peak season.
If the delivery can't be made in time
The vast majority of orders are delivered on the chosen date. In some situations the delivery may have to happen a day earlier or later – that can be down to peak season, limited delivery options in the area, bad weather or traffic disruptions. Incomplete recipient details are another common reason.
